How often have we heard,
when referring to the Value of Real Estate, 
"The Three Most Important Things
In Real Estate Are
Location, Location, Location
 
 
 
 
If you are interested in Clean, Industrious, Nice, Quite, Pleasant, Friendly, Wonderful Neighbors, then My Location is "Pure Gold".
 
In a rural, unrestricted neighborhood, this is extremely hard to come by.
 
My Place is toward the front of a 2 mile street that is a  cul-d-sac, which for several reasons is a plus.
  
Below are pictures of my neighborhood directly across the street from My Place, which I am so thankful for every time I come and go.

NOTE:  These homes are fairly new and the owners continuely improve the landscaping all summer, so some of their new efforts are not shown on these pictures.
